3-Iron director, Kim Ki-duk, interview

3-Iron.jpgNo, no. We're not that fortunate here to have interviewed one of Koreas hottest directorial exports. But ComingSoon.net did and you should give it a read. And then you should pay very close attention to theatre listings over the next couple weeks as 3-Iron starts to open this weekend.

Read the ComingSoon.net interview with 3-Iron director Kim Ki-duk here.

i got the chance to watch this last night at the san francisco international film festival--great to see it on a big screen w/ a crowd, and the audience seemed to love it.

i'm bummed that i didn't attend the earlier screening, though--kim ki-duk was there in person and had a long q+a session afterwards where he apparently demonstrated the "invisibility" technique used by the film's protagonist. meanwhile, all we got last night was a festival volunteer telling us about how kim ki-duk had already flown back to korea. damn.
