Want 'em, now! The cover art for the films isn't bad but doesn't really standout either. I hope they have a good master for Charisma, since I've heard that the R2JPN disc is a bit on the poor side.
Seance is a great little film, especially considering it's a) a remake and b) made for TV. It has a nice mood going on without turning into some insane bloodfest to provide horror. There's also a bit there that obviously sparked the director's interest to make Doppelganger ;) And of course both films feature the stunning Koji Yakusho, great actor.
Can't wait to get these discs, a great snack while waiting for more info about the new K.Kurosawa film.

Thumbs down on that CHARISMA art. Guh. Do something a little less awkward with Koji's face and I might get on board.
I second the want of a good master to be used for that DVD, though - I have the J-disc and it leaves a lot to be desired.

Call me crazy but I really, really like that Charisma art ... way better than any art that's been on it before ...

I WILL say that the inverted trees are akin to a map of a circulatory system - and what with Charisma itself being said to hold life-giving/taking significance... hmm. Maybe I'm reading too much into it. Been up for a looong time today...

i kind of like both the covers - except the text / titles. the inverted trees on charisma is one of the nicest images (and simplest) ive seen in a while for a cover.
