It was a nice start for The Transformers Movie. We will watch to see if it can break the 5 million tickets sold mark here in Korea. If you check the link and look at the Pirates film last week the tickets cold was 4.87 million sold, so this week when it was reported 4.5 million tickets were sold, a simple math error had happened. With Spider Man 3 and POC 3 both close to having 5 million tickets sold this summer, it has not left much for the Korean films this summer. The only Korean film being released this month with a chance of hitting the top of the Korean Box office will be "May 18th" (a look at the 1980 Kwangju Situation.)

As much as I wish Paul Verhoeven every success in South Korea, I think you'll find that Black Book is actually BLACK HOUSE
I'm going to have to agree with Kieran on that. I was pretty surprised initially too by that list. Otherwise, very interesting to see the strong foreign presence on that list.
