In Case The NYAFF Doesn't Quite Slake Your Thirst ...

japan100_logo.gifAs part of the celebration around their 100th anniversary New York City's Japan Society is rolling out an extensive number of film screenings in the city throught eh first half of July. Things get underway with a number of screenings presented within the New York Asian Film Festival but they're continuing on beyond that with a host of other titles, many of which will have directors in attendence. What's coming? Among others Gamera the Brave, Shion Sono's Into a Dream with Sono in attendence, Dear Pyongyang, Sway (Yureru) with director in attendence, plus a number of other features and a healthy selection of shorts.
