Shanghai Animation Film Studio, the company that pretty much innovated the animation industry in China is making a comeback on its 50th anniversary with its sixth animated film, Warrior (勇士). Production for the film took four years at a budget of 15 million yuan (US 2 million), a large amount by China's standard.
