Digitally Restored Print of Berlin Alexanderplatz To Screen At MOMA

Berlin Alexanderplatz 1 (Custom).jpgThe digitally-restored print of Rainer-Werner Fassbinder's 15-1/2 hour epic "Berlin Alexanderplatz" will screen at the Museum of Modern Art this week. The world premiere of the newly refurbished work took place in February at the 57th Berlin Film Festival. Criterion will be releasing the English-subtitled DVD later this year.
