DVD: Narciso Ibáñez Serrador's WHO CAN KILL A CHILD? (¿QUIÉN PUEDE MATAR A UN NIÑO?)

Thanks to Mirek for bringing the following to my attention: MPI Media Group Inc. is tentatively scheduled to release Narciso Ibáñez Serrador's Who Can Kill a Child? (¿Quién puede matar a un niño?) - a.k.a. "Would You Kill a Child?", "Island of the Damned", etc. - on DVD in the U.S. on June 26th, under its Dark Sky Films label; the DVD is available for pre-order from Twitch affiliate Amazon.com Inc..

The screenplay for Who Can Kill a Child? was written by Ibáñez Serrador * (under the pseudonym "Luis Peñafiel"), based on the novel El juego de los niños by Juan José Plans. (David Muñoz and David Alcalde's screenplay for the latter's Spanish-Mexican horror-thriller In the Playground - which apparently is still in pre-production - was also based on that novel.) The movie starred Lewis Fiander, Prunella Ransome, Antonio Iranzo, Miguel Narros, María Luisa Arias, Marisa Porcel, Juan Cazalilla, Luis Ciges, Antonio Canal, Aparicio Rivero, Fabián Conde, and Andrès Gomez
