Interview: Midnight Eye interviews Linda Linda Linda director Nobuhiro Yamashita

Would somebody please, for the love of pearl, issue out a DVD of Nobuhiro Yamashita's Linda Linda Linda with Japanese dialogue AND English subtitles. Not either/or!!! For pete's sake. Will someone do it right?!? Bah!!!
While I fume you will be pleased to know that the director of one of my favorite Japanese films involving girls and guitars is interviewed by Tom Mes over at Midnight Eye. Yamashita talks moving to Tokyo, his new film The Matsugane Potshot Affair, and they reminisce about Linda Linda Linda.

The May 8 release is English dubbed as far as I know Peter. Haven't seen anything about subtitles or original dialogue.

The Amazon listing for the DVD mentions subtitles. The KFCC review of the screener disc here http://www.kfccinema.com/reviews/drama/lindalindalinda/lindalindalinda.html gives the subs a 5. It seems that the R1 DVD will be in Japanese with English subs after all. (I would have been really surprised if Viz released a dub-only version.)
