Good news for fans of Song Il-gon (Spider Forest, Git and Magicians) -- the director is at work on his latest project entitled Telephone Girl. The $5 million film, produced by newcomer JinJin Pictures, tells the story of a female switchboard operator growing up in the '20s and '30s when Korea was under Japanese occupation. The film will focus on her romantic life as she travels on her path to become a more modern woman. No release date has been announced.

This is pretty cool news. Still haven't seen Magicians yet, though.
