What's sticking up your ass Loci? He's seen enough of it to get excited about it and really liking what he's seen. That's why he's promoting it because he thinks it's going to turn out great.

Actually, I saw a major kill reel and about forty minutes of raw footage about a year ago. I've shown that reel to a couple people, including Mack, who will be more than happy to vouch for why I've been so excited about this. I've got the first rough cut of it sitting on a shelf at home, too. I've seen far, far more of this film than the general public ever will, loci ...

Don't expect much from this movie. The review on kino-govno.com says the film is extremely crappy. Some of my friends watched it esterday and they say dead daughters is stupid, boring, teenage piece of shit.

The word is bad frankly, Todd.
There is some very beautiful imagery there, some nice ideas. But Tony Scott/Timur Bekmambetov style of editing, that Ruminov chose, was just wrong for this type of movie. And some dialogues was just painful to hear, at least in Russian.
It's too bad, I don't have any pleasure in saying it, since I also anticipated it.

this guy and a couple of his friends write all admiring reviews on imdb on his oun movie.

yes there's a couple good images in movie but they last about 2-5 min. so that's it. it's not enough for 2 houres movie.

bad plot, poor acting. and mr. ruminov is a BIG BIG liar.
