According to Darcy Paquet at koreanfilm.org, he just finished subtitling the director's commentary for the UK and (possibly) the US DVD release.
That's a pretty good looking DVD cover.
Yeah...and totally misleading. The cover makes it look like it's Michael Bay's remake of Roland Emmerich's Godzilla. :)
