Another Remake no no.

Yeah, apparently so. What's there left to say abut this whole remake retardation?

As long as they keep bringing in the cash, they'll keep getting made.

Thing is, like most Kathryn Bigelow movies, Near Dark contains alternating great/awful scenes. This one is particular painful to watch, because half the movie needlessly sucks, while the promise of a brilliant vampire movie hangs in the balance. I'd actually love to see an improved script. My real hope is that they cast the right actors, rather than the teen flavor of the hour.
