Monica Bellucci and Catherine Deneuve in French Chiller Le Concile De Pierre

Le Concile De Pierre is the latest from French director Guillaume Nicloux, based on the book by Jean-Christophe Grangé and starring two truly iconic women in Monica Bellucci and Catherine Deneuve.

Bellucci stars as the adoptive mother of Liu-San, a Chinese boy she has raised from infancy. She knows virtually nothing of his true origins which is, of course, the signal for Bad Things to start happening. Which they do. Not the first time we've seen this done, admittedly, but Nicloux seems to do it rather well and Bellucci is never hard to look at.
