Looks absolutely terrible. You'd think that they could afford better FX for a theatrical movie, especially now that the first part was apparently a big success.

Well, just to say(and to be an asshole) in the manga L dies but isnt kill by Light, L is killed(also, so is watari lol) by the 2nd Shinigami Remu who is the owner of the 2nd deathnote the misa picks up, many years later the succesor(that how you spell it?) to L eventually captures Light and in a surprising twist, Light is killed by Ryuk.

Loved the first movie and I've read the manga and watched the anime episodes that are out and as such I'm practicly twitching while waiting for this movie. Death note is in my mind the best anime/manga ever.

Death Note is amazing!
i saw it in Hong Kong and it was one of the best thing i have ever seen! i love L, he is so adorable n hilarious to watch, and Light is so cute! ^_^

death note is very nice..i like it..i usually like 2 watch manga tht are dectective, haroo,adventure....and death note are the best of the best....is very sad both of them deith (light & L)..i fell very sad to light,but he did a good job...light(tatsuya fujiwara) been act in the movies call battle rolay,he also the main character>-

WE ALL KNOW WHATS GONA HAPPEN IF YOU SAW THE ANIME AND READ THE MANGA. WE KNOW THAT L dies and that watari dies and that kira naming light becomes the secound L except this L is evil and that Near and Merol come to take over the investigation of the first L. they soon find out that light is kira, Misa is kira 2, and then theres a third kira i forgot his name. afther that theres a new spokesmen and its lights old girl freind in college. soo now theres 4 bad guys you could say 4 kiras.

This movie sucked, just like the first one. They totally fuck up the manga and anime series 100%

Problems with movie number 1:
Light NEVER had a GF, not one that he always cared about, thats bullshit. Naomi never was that involved. Most of that movie was Bullshit compared to the true story.

Problems with movie number 2:
L never dies, Watari Never Dies, Light's Dad never dies, Mogi-San DOES die (WTF?), in the end L was the one who won, when he originally dies. This move was trash, go read the manga or watch the anime for the TRUE mother fucking story.

i hope that the movie of Death Note will be shown here in Philippines.. Death Note is just simply adorable..=)
