Solid Confirmation Takashi Miike Making 'Ryu Ga Gotoku' Feature Film for 2007.

I actually sent the first brief mention of this snippet onto The Gomorrahizer late last week (...but since he hasn't been around in the last few days...), then only line of text at a videogames site that mentioned it as appearing at Famitsu's site (which is in Japanese of course). Now there's a substantial set of information and quotes at Ryunganji, and we can confidently say this is another new Takashi Miike movie in the works - and follows Miike's earlier two shorts for the promotion of 'Ryu Ga Gotoku' (aka 'Yakuza' as it is know in the west - did Sega miss a trick and not include those shorts on a DVD for the release here, despite them being online? ) on its original appearance earlier this year - now Miike is making a feature for Spring 2007, a sequel to the first game is due late this year apparently.
