(Posted In Action Drama Thriller Trailer Alert USA and Canada )

Killshot.jpgTodd passed this on to be posted. The boy needs his beauty sleep before TIFF begins... Sigh.

Killshot is one of the latest Elmore Leonard novel to film adaptations was supposed to come to screens on October 10th but TWC is saying it may be more towards December. John Madden directed it and QT produced it.

Carmen Colson (Lane) and her ironworker husband Wayne (Jane) are placed in the Federal Witness Protection program after witnessing an "incident". Thinking they are at last safe, they are targeted by an experienced hit man (Rourke) and a psychopathic young upstart killer (Gordon Levitt). The ensuing struggle will test Carmen to the limit. IMDB

As great as all the actors are, the movie looks a little mediocre :/
Would only go to see it for the acting.

I love Elmore Leonard books but they rarely have been made into good films. This one looks promising because who is involved. I'm hoping it going to be great but know it will be alright at best with really good acting...

Bonus points to iklipz for dimming the rest of the site while the trailer played.

Thomas Jane should've done a film about homeless dads like he did in Arrested Development.

"I JUST WANT MY KIDS BACK!"

This reminds me of one of those inane "films" they ridiculed on Seinfeld, namely...

"Death Blow: When someone tries to blow you up, not because of who you are, but for different reasons altogether".

Sorry.

I saw an advanced screening of this a few months back. Not that I have to tell you guys, but this film blows. A lot. You will instantly forget it as soon as its done.
