This is complete garbage and I hope the paparazzi responsible get torn apart by their fellow jackals. The paparazzi worldwide have gotten way out of control, and things need to be done. However, with the public continually buying the results of their antics, the blame for their creation is not as easily placed as it should be.

Damn Paparazzi's in HK... no one deserves this kind of disrepect. If this were to happen in America, the damned journal company would be sued to death. I read somewhere (Asianfanatics) that the HK gov needed 10,000 complaints to do something about this issue. And they're only at 812.

There should be a law to prohibit publication. Once there is no demand for such photoes, the incentive to invade privacy would not be that remunerative.

From my oponion, she should aspacted before she started her career, because those singers, they are never complaint this before and why she is the one to get this problem. Sorry to all Gillian Fans, but i really think she is making a really big deal about this when she doesn't need to. I looked at the magazine and she wasn't even nude, she was wearing a bra. If she is crying that someone took a picture of her wear a bra then she shouldn't go to the beach. Wearing a bra is the same thing as wearing a bathing suit. Gosh. I really think this is just promotion for her to be even more famous. IF people think it would ruin her image, well i don't think. Well...... Its the price of being famous, fame does comes in a package, doesn't it? ANYWAY, it really no big deal... I'll have my girlfirend expose more on the public beach.

You can't really blame the papparazzi for all that - after all, they wouldn't be taking pictures if the wouldn't recieve money for them. So, the ones really responsable are newspapers and other news services. The Papparazzi have become an infestation today, and not a one celebrity can even breathe without them, but it is all about those paying for those pictures - newspapers pay a large summs for those pics, just to be better than other newspapers, to sell better - it is a today's trend, I guess, and the papparazzi are only doing the dirty work here. I'm very sorry about Gillian, that is, most certanly, not fair to her. It is so sad to see her body turning into a media product...
She should go with this on the court, there's no way she could lose, and make some pretty money out of those perverts.

Now, you must ask yourself how good are actualy people that bought those newspapers just to see Gill in her weak moment... after all, newspapers sell things that the people will actualy look and read, and like. It's a shame and I'm concerned...
