Tsui Hark jumps the gun; starts shooting 'The Iron Triangle' early

Despite our earlier reports that it wasn't going to begin filming until the end of this year the ambitious 'jigsaw' project by Tsui Hark, Ringo Lam and Johnnie To entitled The Iron Triangle has already begun production.

Cast and crew were spotted filming a chase scene in a Hong Kong business district. In attendance were Simon Yam, Sun Honglei and Louis Koo. They were being chased by a cop played by Gordon Lam. Sources say that filming has begun earlier than planned because of interest from the European market. There is even word that changes would be made to the story to make it more appealing for a European audience.

I don't know how I feel about that but I am excited that things have started rolling along.
