Shin'ichirô Sawai's AOKI ÔKAMI: CHI HATE UMI TSUKIRU MADE, w/ Takashi Sorimachi, Rei Kikukawa, Mayumi Wakamura, Ara, Yoshihiko Hakamada, Ken'ichi Matsuyama, Yûsuke Hirayama, Masahiko Tsugawa, & Hiroki Matsukata

The official website for Shin'ichirô Sawai's Aoki Ôkami: chi hate umi tsukiru made is online, and on that site are a downloadable teaser trailer and a streaming 'making of' video for the movie. Also, there's a subsite for the movie on the website of production company Kadokawa Haruki Corporation (K.K. Kadokawa Haruki Jimusho). (BTW, as was reported here on Twitch back on May 20th of last year, Kadokawa Haruki Corporation has acquired the remake rights for the Akira Kurosawa classics Yojimbo (Yôjinbô) and Sanjuro (Tsubaki Sanjûrô).)
Aoki Ôkami: chi hate umi tsukiru made is based on the historical-fiction books Chi hate umi tsukiru made: shôsetsu Chingisu Hân (ue) and Chi hate umi tsukiru made: shôsetsu Chingisu Hân (shita) by Seiichi Morimura. It stars Takashi Sorimachi as Genghis Khan (Chingisu Hân). It co-stars (listed order corresponds to order on official website) Rei Kikukawa, Mayumi Wakamura, Ara, Yoshihiko Hakamada, Ken'ichi Matsuyama, Yûsuke Hirayama, Masahiko Tsugawa, and Hiroki Matsukata.
Shochiku Co. Ltd. (Shôchiku K.K.) is scheduled to release Aoki Ôkami: chi hate umi tsukiru made theatrically in Japan on March 3rd of next year.

It's not Gengis Khan. It's Chinggis Khan. He didn't only conquest some part of Asia. He conquered most of Eurasia, and later even fought with Egypt.
