jumong deserves two thumbs up as this is really one of the best asianovela i have ever seen if not the best among the rest. Great story, tearjerking, no dull moment. great line of artists

jumong is the no 1 drama series for me as of now... after the jewel in the palace... but still i wondering about the end of the stories. last day i bought dvd of jumong. i jump the chapter and strted to watch the last chapter. but i guess the stories still un finish although i watched the last chapter of the DVD jumong which is chapter 60? the stories ends in when jumong's mother escape the palace with jumong's wife and son. in the middlde of the battle? is that the ends of the stories.... anyway i really enjoy watching jumong.

Yes! It's a great story with best choice of actors and actresses. I love this one because of the character exemplified by Jumong as a good leader : Humble, good motivator, full of charisma, strategist, combat skills, decisive, goal focus, loyal and most of all prayerful before taking any action.Another one is his ability to choose his "disciples-his elite warrior-officials" who could really help him realized his cause.

Sa wakas natapos ko rin......... hahahhaa....Very Good Story, full of emotion and cast are good!!!!. though masakit sa mata kasi mabilis ang caption at young pagtranslate sa english medyo mali. but as the story goes, you know what is happening.kaya lang medyo bitin yung ending kasi narrated na lang ang pagkamatay ni jumong at daisu. at kung paanu naka survive si so seo no at dalawa nyang anak to build a new kingdom.

kahit napanood nyona sa dvd hope watch din kau sa channel 7 para tumaas angrating ng jumong kasi bumababa.. ako tapos ko na lahatng episode but im keep watching it sa 7just for the ratings..if you really love jumong watch it.....

We are geothermal power plant engineers here in Ormoc City, Philippines. We watch Jumong on night shifts because we have a portable 14" TV in the locker. He he he. Our supervisors watch too. So there is no problem with that. Anyway, the power plant is 100 percent automated.

GMA-7 should re-air this series after its ending in an earlier slot.

I used to watched Emporer of the Sea before and I thought this is the biggest thing that Korea can produce but not until I saw Jumong. I was fascinated with the set, the custumes and more - but more than that the story was so great. If there is one thing I idolized the Korean's much, it is their greatness in writing great stories for drama as what they have proven before in their other dramas...

i really liked this show.. i guess mostly because of the main characters, jumong and so seo no they look so great together.. although so seo no is not jumong's first wife, i like the part where they were wedat the time that kokuryeo has become an established land with jumong as its king. also the supporting characters added vibrance tot his show, hae mo su jumongs father, king gyeum wa and the very pretty mother of jumong, lady yu hwa.

hello there!!!i really like this show...at first, i thought this would not be a big hit, that's why i diddn't watch the first week of its airing and to tell you the truth the only reason why i start to watch this is because of so seo no, her character there was very unique, a strong yet a "mataray" one, then I just found myself got hooked up with the story and now i became addicted to it!

tsk...tsk....i love jumong (king domyeongseong of goguryeo-the first king or the founder of the goguryeo monarchy, one of those three kingdoms of korea)at the very beginning or before it has been aired in GMA 7...he's indeed an excellent actor....he really portrates a good leader not just for a country but also for his ownself and for his family...there's no doubt that he successfully carried such a big kingdom because of his quality, ability or skills,loyalty and faith..he trully loves his country to the fact that he's willing to sacrifice just to give the glory and triumph claimed by his people during their fights for their rights...jumong is the great history maker of all times...why?because he captivates the trust and love of the people during his time and on this time...thus,until now, his kingdom is still shining among those myriad of kingdoms and monarchies...(gosh!!)..."tama ba?"but...we are the jumong addicts...i love it not only because of song Il gook, who is very handsome or yummy (ngee!!),and so seo noh, who is very pretty and talented, but also because of the story and the other characters who did a great job...i haven't yet watch the the whole episodes on a dvd since i am on a remote area but if back to the city, i will find one...now, i am still trying to remain the good rating of the tv series so, even if i am very sleepy i do watch it every night unless-there's a brown out or black out....let's make the highest rating of all times!!!(a message for those jumong-ers)...furthermore, i would like to express my gratitude to GMA 7 for airing such a very nice asianovela,then now i am very proud to be "asiano" because of those spectacular movies and tv series...i know, you too...i will never either hope or wish but i want jumong and so seo noh visit our unorganize country to see and be captivated by the beauty behind that description and those descriptions....good work asianos....keep it up!!!

SIG has an upcoming drama on Sept. entitled “The Lobbyists”(aka ANGEL).Han Jae-suk and Jang Ji-young will also be starring here.About the lead actress..it’s not yet sure because it should be Kim Tae-hee but her side had already declined to accept the poject and so there are rumors stating that Yoon Eun-hye will change KTH as the lead actress.But as for now the project is still on negotiating because SIG side hasn’t yet signed the contract.The filming will start on May.

JUMONG is a great, exciting series! Me and my family stay up so late.. until 4 in the morning to watch it. if we don't have much tasks, we even watch it the whole day! I recommend everybody to watch it. An unraveling story of heroism, nationalism, history, love, revenge, conquering of tribes.. just totally GREAT!! pls. watch it guys! Hi, been done so many comments already with regards to the tv miniseries "Jumong", it is really a fantastic, superb asnd amazing story and I think, I have fallen in love with Jumong or should I say Song Il-kook. As a matter of fact, I printed 2 of his pictures in the internet and have it laminated and displayed in my office table. I already finished watching the whole 81 episodes, but I still want to watch more. I still watch the same show every night coz I want to see Jumong.
