Another much belated post here ... it seems to be the day for that. This one is for loudQUIETloud, the much anticipated new documentary about The Pixies. The Pixies, of course, are quite simply the greatest rock band to ever walk the planet. There will be no dissent on this point.

I saw this film at the Tribeca Film Festival. It was outstanding! The film gives you a rare peek behind the scenes of one of the world's greatest bands. It is funny, poigniant, and the music is as kick-ass as ever. Highly recommended, even if you are not a Pixies fan.
