Born To Fight's Dan Chupong Returns in Tabunfire!

(Posted In Action Asia Film News Martial Arts Sci-Fi / Fantasy )

tabunfiresmall.jpgWhee! Not only is Chupong back, but this film also features Ong Bak choreographer and Born To Fight director Panna Rittikrai in what must be his first starring role in years!

Chupong stars in this 1920's set revenge pic that pits him against cattle rustlers and warlocks (!) in a quest to find the tattooed man who killed his parents when he was a child.

More pics here.

I hope we get to see what Dan Chupong can do with better fight cheorgraphy this time. Born to Fight didn't have much, all the fights really was is a showing off-tricking spectacle. It was good for its stunts though.

You had me at "cattle rustlers". Then you added "warlocks" into the equation, and then there's that flier - "Armed with this knowledge, a few hundred highly charged rockets, and a dash of menstrual blood, our hero goes up against one of the most dangerous men to have ever walked the earth."

The world is a better place for the existence of this film.

Yesss!! More stuntman insanity, gratuitous knees to heads and....

Wait, menstrual blood?

But it has to be from a virgin.

These Thai films always sound so great when you read about them but then you pop in the DVD and they're mostly worse than Uwe Boll's output.

bout time - Dan Chupong was awesome in Born To Fight and I hope he really has a chance to do some serious ass kickig and fight chorography this time round

Dan is unknown and underrated because of Tony Jaa - I'm sure they could equal each other easily
