Tartan is not a MPAA signatories. They can release movies unrated, like what they did with 9 SONGS and BATTLE IN HEAVEN.

Awesome news. I hope it arrives sooner rather than later. Most of the reviews I'm seeing out of Cannes have been pretty positive.

Tartan Scandinavia EXTREME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh wait, their Euro stuff isn't subject to that sort of insultingly stereotypical labeling. That "honor" is apparently reserved for Asians only.
