A Southland Tales Clip, Plus Interview Footage!

Yes, I am a Donnie Darko fanatic and as such I have been eagerly awaiting the day I could see some actual footage from Darko writer-director Richard Kelly's latest, Southland Tales, in motion. The day is here. The official Cannes website has added a clip from the film, plus interview footage with Kelly, The Rock and Sarah Michelle Gellar. The clip is a talky bit with Krysta Now, so you get lots of Gellar using naughty language but nothing big and splashy. Still, I'm just happy to actually see some of this. As for the interview footage, it makes me very happy to hear Kelly name drop Dick and Vonnegut and I am continually amazed by how obviously intelligent and articulate The Rock is. How did this guy end up in wrestling, anyway?
