The screenplay for Tensei was written by Takashi Ujita. The movie's principal cast is as follows: Ayano Washizu, Marie Ono, Ayaka Maeda, Aoba Kawai, Yuka Hanabusa, Hiroshi Shimizu, Haruka Ôba, Mitsutaka Arima, Shingo Kawaguchi, and rising AV star Tomo Anna.

Bio-Tide K.K. (K.K. Baio-Taido) is scheduled to release Tensei theatrically in Japan on June 3rd.

Motoki's previous directing credits include the story "Hunger" in the omnibus eros (omunibasu erosu) movie Survive (Sabaibu), Smile (Sumairu), and P-KAN★couple (Pîkan fûfu).
