First Images From Tykwer's Perfume

The good people at EuropeanFilms.net have scored an early look at a stack of stills from Tom Tykwer's upcoming Perfume: The Story of A Murderer. And as you'd expect from a Tykwer film, these aint ugly. Nope.

Agreed, he should be a lot uglier. The stills are looking fantastic though, I'm very excited about this adaptation.

I always imagined Perfume looking more like a brother's Grimm fairytale rather than the period film look I'm seeing here, but I guess it's horses for courses. Hopefully it'll do justice to the book.
