If imitation is the most sincere form of flattery, then most Trendy Dramas seem to practice an everlasting game wrapped around that sentiment. So it's because of flattery, after all, that every Drama with the Korean Wave in mind seems to copy many of the elements which made Yoon Seok-Ho's 겨울연가 (Winter Sonata) a success in Japan; it's because of flattery that that every student/teacher romcom on TV ends up using the same plot devices of 2001's 로망스 (Romance), or that all the big Special Projects set in the past try to replicate the magic formula which made 모래시계 (The Sandglass) a cultural phenomenon. And if we take MBC's 달콤한 스파이 (Sweet Spy) as an example, it's just a form of flattery the fact that, after the enormous success of last Summer's 내 이름은 김삼순 (My Lovely Sam-Soon), countless Dramas are trying to bank on several of the different aspects which brought Kim Seon-Ah's hilarious romcom to top last year's rating charts with over 50%. The 노처녀 (old broad) syndrome, which marked an u-turn in Cinderella Dramas bringing to the forefront older leading characters, not necessarily obsessed with their appearance; the use of foreign actors over foreign locations, which plagued many of the last few years' productions; those are just a few of the reasons why 'Sam-Soon' felt so fresh, and it took just a few months to see them used in lesser works, adopting a similar format but failing to understand the point. Despite its obvious charms, 'Sweet Spy' is one of those shows.
Coming from the pen(s) of the famous LK 제작단 (LK Production Team), led by real life couple Kim Gi-Ho and Lee Seon-Mi alongside many new acolytes -- sort of like what 프라하의 연인 (Lovers in Prague)' Olive Nine is doing, recruiting plenty of young writers under their wing -- the 'Sweet Spy' we saw was a little different from what they initially intended, and that's where the connections to 'Sam-Soon' began. The show, initially called just 스파이 (Spy), originally cast Hwang Shin-Hye in the leading role, as an old broad joining the force to catch her lover after she was betrayed. There she'd meet charismatic young detective Kang Joon (Lee Ju-Hyeon), and meet a charming rich Westerner (Dennis O'Neill) who would eventually fall in love with her, to close the usual 삼각관계 (love triangle). This was going to be Hwang's return to TV Dramas after a 21 months hiatus, and even a divorce on top of that. But with Hwang dropping out of the picture at the last moment, MBC and LK had just a couple of weeks to make a decision, and use the 대타 (data, slang for 'casting replacement' in the TV Drama world) card. That 'data' might have just saved 'Sweet Spy' from falling into the same pitfalls which made 가을소나기 (Autumn Shower) record ratings around the 3%. Hwang is a respected actress (although I personally feel she's highly overrated), but playing cute heroines is certainly not her forte, and the comparisons to the chubby cook essayed by Kim Seon-Ah would have killed the show right from the beginning. It was just too much to handle, and too soon.
With the broadcast deadline coming closer, LK went in the opposite direction, completely changing the show. Out Hwang Shin-Hye, in young and promising Nam Sang-Mi, who last appeared on TV in the decent Daily Drama 어여쁜 당신 (My Darling, My Sweetheart) (which also starred Lee Bo-Young, so yes, very heavy on eye candy). Out the 'revenge' plot, in a 'spy thriller' immersed in Trendy Dramas tropes. The problem now was the script, as they had to throw out everything they prepared for months, and rush into a new storyline. It's one thing to write Dramas on the fly with a clear idea in mind of how to proceed (plot-wise, what the focus on each character will be, and of course the ending), but this 'Sweet Spy, v. 1.1' and its new outline was walking a razor thin line, and unless you have skills like Jang-Saeng (Gam Woo-Sung) in 왕의 남자 (The King and the Clown), you had two possible outcomes: fall flat on your rear end, or miraculously get to the other side without falling down. Still, it would have looked awkward anyway. And this, in short, is the biggest reason why 'Sweet Spy' doesn't repeat the success of LK's previous work 신입사원 (Super Rookie), and ends up becoming a diverting but instantly forgettable little show. We went from an original outline which looked like a mix of 'My Lovely Sam-Soon' and the 투캅스 (Two Cops) series, to a messy Trendy Drama clone heavily influenced by viewer reaction.
Yet, with that in mind, there's things about 'Sweet Spy' which still shine despite all the problems, the most obvious being Nam Sang-Mi. It was just 4 years ago, when the young star was working part time at a fast food chain near Hanyang University. With the 얼짱 (eoljjang, prettiest face) craze raging on the net, people would just run around with their digital cameras, taking photos of pretty young girls, often without their consent, and slapping them on 'Angel' sites, where those faces would become instant stars. This trend produced dozens of newcomers in the acting game, the most famous being Park Han-Byul of 여우계단 (Wishing Stairs) and of course Miss Nam. Nam started with CFs and Music Videos, as the general trend back then was just using their beauty and rarely allowing them to star in anything which would test their acting skills (or lack thereof). Nam had a small role in the 2003 Drama 러브 레터 (Love Letter) with Jo Hyun-Jae, Ji Jin-Hee and Soo Ae, and made her film debut in the hilarious Kim Ha-Neul comedy 그녀를 믿지마세요 (Too Beautiful To Lie). Although the roles kept coming, they were nothing too challenging, but at least her characters' importance within the Drama or film increased, like in the deservedly maligned horror 령 (The Ghost), paired once again with Kim Ha-Neul.
In 2004, Nam played a role which pretty much used her success story, that of a 'Lotteria Girl' becoming an Internet Star overnight, and paired her against Kim Jung-Hwa in 그녀를 모르면 간첩 (Spy Girl). But her role in 잠복군무 (She's on Duty) alongside Kim Seon-Ah, and her part in the popular Daily Drama 'My Darling, My Sweetheart) started showing Nam wasn't just a (really) pretty face, but some acting skills were starting to emerge. In a surprising turn of events, she was offered an important role in the cop drama 강력3반 (Never To Lose), which became a minor success, and probably led MBC to make this last minute replacement.
It's no secret Korean TV is full of pretty faces, from plastic enhanced barbie dolls to natural beauties, but it takes something more to emerge from that pack. And Nam Sang-Mi has 'it': she mixes a manhwa-like innocence with raw power, and seems to take this job a lot more seriously than any of her other 'eoljjang' colleagues. We're not certainly dealing with the second coming of a Moon So-Ri or even Im Soo-Jung, but for someone barely in her twenties, Nam has shown impressive range, and the ability to switch from silly to dead serious in a second. And unlike those obnoxious 'princesses' that infest Trendy Dramas like parasites, Nam is one of the few young actresses on TV (one of the others being Lee Da-Hae, obviously) who can look sweet and ultra-cute without making you want to throw your TV off a balcony. So this was perfect casting for LK and MBC, as it gets no 'sweeter' than Nam Sang-Mi.
The problem is the 'spy' part then. Whereas past LK dramas always had a very substantial 'McGuffin' to deal with, this entire Drama seems like a giant McGuffin orchestrated to work around the main couple and their romantic escapades. And when I say couple, that creates a few headaches. The initial outline was for Lee Soon-Ae (Nam) and Kang Joon (Lee Ju-Hyeon) to be the focus of the show. After all, as I already wrote in the 신입사원 (Super Rookie) review, all of the major characters in LK Dramas follow the 'name' conventions, that of the leading lady being a 'Lee' and the man 'Kang' (L+K=LK, get it?). But then a scary thing happened, and its name was Dennis Joseph O'Neill, simply Dennis Oh for Korea. A Korean-American model who started his modeling career at the age of 16, O'Neill entered the industry with a bang, with the media calling him the 'new Daniel Henney', and despite his complete lack of acting experience, he was given an important role in one of the Dramas supposed to mark the beginning of a 'revolution' for MBC. And on the surface, O'Neill was a good choice for a spy: tall, with the right mix of mysterious charisma without deviating too much from the kind of beauty Korean viewers were used to (just like Daniel Henney, again Korean-American). Henney wouldn't have worked here, as he carried that 'guy-next-door...next-country' image for 'My Lovely Sam-Soon', so going for a role like this wouldn't have fit his image. We might be dealing with similar character outlines, but more than's Henney's gentleman aplomb, O'Neill's Han Yoo-Il is more a 스파이지만 괜찮아 (I'm a Spy, But That's OK) sheep in wolf's clothes kind of role. Whoo hoo... a spy with feelings! That's like, so charming.
That's the key, really. LK write great character introductions, but then following up on that with strong character development is something they're not really good at. The charm of some of their past shows comes from constantly offering new things, like the 사각관계 (Love Rectangle) in 발리에서 생긴일 (What Happened in Bali), or the strong manhwa elements at play in 'Super Rookie'. There's great little characters to be exploited in 'Sweet Spy', but it seems like they're never going to leave that quirky, unique but still cardboard setup. There's the Inspector Chief always complaining about the lack of 회식 (company lunch), Kim Bo-Sung reprising his image from the 'Two Cops' series in sometimes hilarious little scenes, and the usual 'faux bourgeois' role from Kim Il-Woo, who's mastering the art of the 'forced laugh', accompanied with a 'Bravo' and awkward English only he can do so well. The great Gi Ju-Bong plays Han Yoo-Il's servant, who enters the frame doing somersaults and kung-fu fighting stances which would make Jet Li proud; the legendary Choi Buram leads a band of hilarious boxing instructors -- including comedian Kim Joon-Ho from KBS' 'Gang Concert' -- who deserve their own Drama, and Yoon Joo-Sang is flawless as always. Seeing those 'ancillary' characters week in and week out was often more charming than the main storyline itself, as LK have a talent for making quirky characters like those, which should work fine when they finally adapt this story in a film late this year.
But when there's no character development, when the script goes all over the place like it does here, then you lose interest. Take the silliest flaw in logic: the language barrier. You can give me all that philosophy about lovers never needing words to communicate their feelings, but do it with gusto. Like, say, Jim Jarmusch in Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai, where Forest Whitaker and his friend communicate in two different languages but still find mutual understanding through their karma. But in 'Sweet Spy', this is simply a lazy plot device to mask the fact Mr. O'Neill can't speak a word of Korean. One minute he's having a hard time understanding his newfound lover's Korean, the other he perfectly eats technical jargon from his servant; one minute he acts like the International Spy who speaks three-four languages (German, Japanese!) and can even write in Korean, the other he acts like a six year old kid who ended up in the wrong class. It's not cute nor sweet, it doesn't serve the story any purpose, and it's quite distracting. Just like O'Neill's acting. It's painfully obvious why the young model was brought in, and I also understand why. MBC had a terrible 2005, and even repeating half the success of 'My Lovely Sam-Soon' with a slightly similar formula was understandable.
But at least Henney could act. O'Neill might have the looks, but he fails on every term when it comes to displaying emotions. And I'm not talking about people like Bae Yong-Joon or Song Seung-Heon, who made 'monotone acting' their trademark. This guy can't even do the basics, and if LK thought all viewers needed to be charmed by this spy were a few laughs and his big tattoo on the shoulder, then they're just delusional. We see Soon-Ae fall for Yoo-Il, but there's no chemistry, or intensity, just 'that's the way the story goes, so accept it'. Henney has already been cast in a few films and TV Dramas -- last being Yoon Seok-Ho's 봄의 왈츠 (Spring Waltz) -- but I don't envision O'Neill's career lasting too long. There's bad actors, and people who just shouldn't act, as that's not part of their talents. He's one of them.
Still, 'Sweet Spy' is very watchable from beginning to end, both because of LK's writing style, which focuses on almost episodical bursts of comedy (which would probably fit better in a sitcom, but I digress), but also for the good production values (especially art direction and soundtrack), and PD Go Dong-Seon's assured direction. When looking at the various quirky moments in 'Sweet Spy' I was instantly reminded of one of Go's early works, the hilarious 2001 Weekend Drama 눈으로 말해요 (Speak With Your Eyes), when Gam Woo-Sung would solve situations through series of 작전 (tactics), drawn manhwa-style on a paper and turning into hilarious plot developments. 'Sweet Spy' is full of those goofy charms, and the good supporting cast helps proceedings immensely. If you leave your brain at the door, it's pretty easy enjoying this show for what it is.
Lee Ju-Hyeon, Yoo Seon, all the supporting characters and of course Nam Sang-Mi do a good job with the little they're given. But the problem here is that the Netizens' influence -- with hordes of teenagers demanding more focus on the Soon-Ae/Yoo-Il romance, in spite of initial plans to focus more on the Soon-Ae/Kang Joon angle -- hurt the show tremendously in the second half, when things turn into a jumbled mess with very little intensity or even comedy. It seems like we could be getting a Season 2 of this show, especially in light of that finale, but I hope LK will reflect a little more on what made their previous works a success, and this one a flop. I'm not saying they're falling into a sort of mannerism, as they keep offering something slightly different with each new show. But rushing things and listening too much to young viewers can often ruin shows, because they become as fickle as their sentiments.
'Sweet Spy' is a lot of fun, but it's fun that comes at a price. You always get the feeling characters are ready to emerge from their creative setup, but they never do. It's all a big McGuffin for a fake menage a trois which was built up not because the characters really wanted, but because netizens asked for it. I'll take a slightly less sweet spy for Season 2, but please, give us some intrigue, and a better script. But most importantly, either replace O'Neill or send him to acting school. At times his 'performance' felt like watching auditions for Saved By The Bell...

DVD - Korean Version (No Subtitles)
The Korean DVD, released by Bitwin, is out tomorrow, but specs note there's no English Subs. I wouldn't worry too much though, as this will certainly pop up either on subtitled HK DVD, or with the usual YesAsia Entertainment version. Do I recommend it? Depends. If you like comedy and can forgive a bad script, then go ahead. It's plenty of fun, most of the cast does a good job, and Nam Sang-Mi is lovely. But hardcore fans of TV Dramas might want to look at LK's past works first, starting from their latest 신입사원 (Super Rookie), which is much tighter and enjoyable. And for fans of explosively cute Trendy Dramas, but well written ones, wait a couple of weeks. You'll get both a review, and a DVD release of SBS' little triumph of early 2006, Lee Da-Hae's 마이걸 (My Girl).

i've seen some of the Taereung National Village series, which i really enjoyed but did not find the time to continue with it.
the female and male lead had great chesmistry together and the series seemed very well put together (perhaps all being pre-shot before showing), with thematic episodes and a bunch of interesting characters... also, the female lead (forget her name) finally got to show she can really shine. i wonder why her and actresses like Park Jin-hee never get a break...

I do like dennis, but deal with the fact that his act is bad.Well, i love the romance between Soon Ae n Yoo Il, so just hope that dennis can try his very best in this drama.

hello -- you, a sweet spy fan, -- me -- the Republic of Korea . Republic of Korea which is a sweet spy fan . Dennis photographs and activities whom the dennis fan made and who are a fan page understand, and news new also at an affiliation company is told. Although there is inconvenient [ which must log in ], the fan here has much people which do English, Japanese, Chinese, etc., and solves and raises your GUNGUGUMUZUNGU. I think if he is enjoyed with all people that love Dennis.

re: sweet spy, we didn't realize until we saw'kim sam soon' and 'sweet spy' that koreans also has this thing about 'state side guys' like we do here in the philippines. you see filipino americans coming here to try out their luck(this inspite of their lack of talents) in local showbusiness are lionized and given all the breaks at the expense of the natives. but they usually don't last as they're proven to be non-talents more often than not. dennis oh and daniel henney are clear examples of these. i'll take hyn bin and so ji sup anytime.

Dennis O is hot, but I am wondering if there is another series to that drama, because the ending was confusing, I mean at the end when he was supposed to die, he called her back after a few days...well thanks.
Is there any other movies that he or that police officer girl is in, or coming out soon?

I'm with the Netizens on this--I really wanted Soon-ae and You-il to develop their relationship. Their scenes together are my favorite part of the show. When Dennis Oh first appeared I did think he was a terrible actor, but after a while I didn't care any more. Actually as his character was supposed to be mysterious, his poor and unconvincing delivery may have even made the character more intriguing--it was impossible to tell when he really meant something or when he was acting a part for the purpose of his (still unclear to me) mission. At the end of the day, however, I love this show--I wish there would be a sequel that would answer some of the questions that are still unresolved.

Gosh Dennis is so so HOT! I think he's done tremendously well for his first show. He's acting skills are not perfect but he's done a great job for a new actor. For those overbearing over-critical movie reviewers, why don't YOU try acting and see if you come half close to exuding that kind of charisma required in Han Yoo-Il's role? Without Dennis, I wonder if Sweet Spy would get the kind of rave review it does today. Well done Dennis!

a nice korean series. but still have some stereotype which is triangle love element. anyway, it's very good spending time to watch this series, hope to see dennis oh and nam sang-mi in another series!aja aja!!

Dennis Oh is such a turn-off. It's painful to watch him act. Where is the acting??? It's obvious they casted him for his boyish good-looks. Shame on LM/MBC. There are so many good looking Korean men with great acting skill. What were they thinking? And to top that off, he's the lead!!! Can't express what an aweful choice that was. I couldn't finish the series because it was too painful to watch Dennis Oh on scene.

Some people are criticizing Dennis Oh of being a bad actor???? My opinion is that he played the role smooth. I might not be Korean, and don't know how they should act, but I like the show. And yes, they should make a second season, and bring Dennis Oh, and the other cast members back!!!! Replacing old and putting the new cast is just to wired, and can't follow through.
Please, I beg of mercy, make the second season..I have to know of what happen to the character Sam Shik Ee or is it Han Yoo-Il!?!?!

I think that Dennis Oh & Nam Sang-Mi are attractive couple in the series. I believe Dennis's acting has room to grow and he will become a better actor sooner or later. The series itself though needs more solid ending. There is no case being solved at the end of the series. I think there is going to have a mutiple series for this story and hopefully we'll know what is really going on....

o'neil and henney are both cute..they just need to practice more on acting and learning korean because for me their language barrier is one of the reason why they can not really express the emotion that is needed in a scene..all in all the drama is nice but the ending just didn't clear everything and i hope there would be Sweet Spy2..but can any one message me and tell me all the songs on Sweet Spy and whos sang it..especially the song that goes:"Show me..Show me..Show me your love.."(it is were Dennis run after Lee Sun Ae outside his house in the fountain and kissed her).Is the title of the song Show Me Your Love?

Hello,I'm from M'sia.I love to watch Korean drama and sweet spy is the best. Denmis O'Neill is so GORGEOUS and he and Nam Sang Mi are so adorable(and funny) in their scene. I'm not sure what happen to the final episode, since most of the viewers said it was quite confusing. The last episode I watched was when Han Yoo ill got injured(why?) and he ran after Lee Soon Ae when Han got mad at her and that she was leaving.I miss the next episode after that. Anyone can tell what happen after that? The drama is still going on tv in M'sia (Astro-ch19 AEC) I'm looking forward to watch the next episode, but I still want to know the episodes that I've missed. If there's a season 2, I had love to watch it (perhaps on Astro) and if there's a dvd sell in M'sia, I would like to buy it.

Hye Elizabeth.....I,m from M'sia too!!It seems like you're very interest with this drama?!So good ar....Yeah,it's true....Sweet spy is still going on tv in M'sia in channel 19 AEC but you can buy the DVD in any VCD's shop.......sweet spy was also on air in channel 38 few months ago.At the end,Han Yoo Il was shooting by the police and he fall from the ship.......however,I still believe that Han You Il is still alive.Don't worry..maybe there's a sequel of this drama!!!I hope that.....Park Eun Joo and Park Sil Jang are the only bad guy on this drama .....It's very sad to watch Soon Ae cry when he see that Han Yoo Il was shooting!!Love their chemistry........^_^

X, your review of Sweet Spy is pretty much on the spot. Nam Sang Mi no doubt carried the series and made it enjoyable. This show also has some a**kicking music. Granted Dennis O'Neil has a lot of room to improve in his acting but don't forget Sweet Spy was his first acting job. So give the guy a break and reserve your judgement until his next series, Witch Bemusement, comes out in March.

Hi people, I have finished watching sweet spy. It was quite a sad ending..but yes Han Yoo Ill is still alive (for sure). I'm sure that Park Eun Joo and the others are the bad people because Yoo Ill and Soon Ae got the proof(just that it needs to be investigated in a formal way by Kang Joon&others) If only the ending was better,Yoo Ill says 'Hi' (which he usually does) when Soon Ae answers the call. All in all, they(Dennis Oh and Nam Sang Mi) made it(the drama) work. Hope to see Dennis Oh and Nam Sang Mi again:D Mr Producer, produce another Sweet Spy!

Dennis Oh did great acting job in Sweet Spy, he always had accurate facial expressions. The only times he had problems were showing anger or sadness--probably because Dennis has such a good life he has not experienced these emotions very much.
Dennis has many fans which will make it profitable to make a Sweet Spy II WITH Dennis Oh in the lead and ending up with the girl.

i love DENNIS!! hes so cute ,mostly in those scenes with soon ae..they look so good together..but if only he spoke korean instead of english...so that soon ae cld understand..weird scenes where she jst laughs as a reply to something..but he's still kool

Dennis Oh did great acting job in Sweet Spy, he always had accurate facial expressions. The only times he had problems were showing anger or sadness--probably because Dennis has such a good life he has not experienced these emotions very much.

ANyway, I just finished the series last night. I must say it's a little disappointing that the director and Soon-Ae didn't end up together, but Soon-ae and Yoo-il look pretty good together. But by god, Dennis O'Neill's acting is one of the most rediculous things that has happened in k-drama. I mean, I can be bowled over by his looks any day, but I find myself laughing at the most inopportune moments because of his acting. Doesn't he have any acting coaches or stuff?
Anyway, it was not a bad series, and it's practically crying out for a second season. I wonder... the fall from the docks wrecked han yoo-il's face and then he comes back as.... daniel henney. At last! Han Yoo-Il can act! bwahahahahaha!

I just got hooked on “Sweety Spy”. Would you believe that I watched it for the second time because I got interested with the story. I have plans of watching it over and over again although in the end I would get shocked with our electric bill. I had watched a lot of Korean Dramas but this one is one-of-a kind. Am I correct with my conclusion on the story’s ending that Hanyouri is still live? He has already encountered a lot of troubles and was able to survive (remember the scene wherein he got a wound then LISHUNAI treated him?) Then there was this cellphone he bought then gave to LISHUNAI. He told her that no matter what happens, she should call him through that phone. I think the old man who serves as HANYOURI’s assistant will be responsible for his survival after he was shot.
Can I request for the OST? Please….. I’d love to hear the songs.
Just two minor comments. I don’t like the voice which was used to dub Daniel’s dialogues. He got a handsome face but the voice for the dubbing isn’t not suitable for him. Then, the DVD copy which I bought really had a bad subtitle. It would be easier to market such kind of series, well not only in KOREA and ASIA but in other parts of the world.

It's funny but the time you sent me the songs, my officemates always tease me because they say that the only thing they hear from me while singing the song are the lines "Show me, show me your love" and Take me, take me". Ha ha ha. I was trying to get the help of an officemate to translate. Who would not fall in love with the song, especially the scene in Episode 14 where Dennis goes after Nam Sang-mi outside the building? Oh, that was really touching and romantic!!!

Loved the drama but hated the ending. I prefer the other guy to be the main guy.. he acts dorky yet charming... his jealously makes him so handsome... i hope they would make season 2, in which she falls for the other guy. I find that they have more chemistry. I dont like when Dennis speaks in English, its such a turnoff, thats what makes it bad(for me only).

Dennis can improve on his acting but hey... we barely notice, being blinded from his hotness... and i'd love to see more of him... and know alot more about him!!
I really hate da fact that after spending one too many hours on watching this series, the ending couldn't be more 'happier'. call me typical or old fashioned but i would've love to see more of a happily ever after foh the lovers... a phone call to tell that maybe he's still alive? tht's it?

I just finished watching this drama. I was a little hesitant to watch it at first because I saw a clip of Dennis's acting and I can't say that I was too pleased. But there was so much buzz about it that I decided to go ahead and buy it. I didn't have time to watch it until yesterday and I found myself pleasantly surprised. Sure, Dennis Oh's acting is anything but, however his charm carries him through. And his acting in the scenes where he's seducing Soon-ae, as well as the audience, are actually very good. My only complain, besides the somewhat rushed story line (yes, even at 20 episodes), would be that Kang Joon's character was not as interesting compared to the others. They didn't develop it that well and so there's no chance to get to love him.

I finally just finish Sweety Spy..I really love it (especially the part when koala finally let him know that she likes him too) **sigh** ...Most of the time I try to avoid to buy korean dramas with sad endings but thankfully they made the ending to this one with some hope that Daniel might still be alive. (I have really high hopes) =0) Someone please post if they know Sweety Spy 2 is coming out. I also wish to ask bie_162 if you are able to send me the songs, too? Dennis O'Neil and Nam Sang-mi recently had a public appearance for the promotion of Cop Netan. You may search using those text. It seems that Dennis gained some weight and is sporting longer hair compared to that clean-cut look when he was last seen in Sweet Spy.
Many are hoping that there would be a Sweet Spy 2. Unfortunately, there had been no news about it. What is certain is that Dennis will be seen in Witch Amusement to be aired in KBS while Nam Sang-mi will be having another drama - Time Between Dog and Wolf.

Actually I was asking about the one who drived really crazily (not Dennis O. And I forgot that Dennis O is driving too and Soon Ae tried to stop him too). The bad guy who then slapped Soon Ae in the face. I was wondering if anyone knows the actor's name?
