It's apparently called 『帰郷　〜Ａ　ＬＩＣＥＮＳＥ　ＴＯ　
ＫＩＬＬ』 /　Kikyô - A License to Kill ("kikyô" means "homecoming"). The cast also includes Kazama Tôru (Rockers, Red Shadow etc.), Takami Kôichirô (small part in Miike's WARU), Takuma Shin (Shogun (yes, the series), Godzilla X Mechagodzilla, Sengoku jieitai 1549 etc.), Satô Aiko (some Pokemon movies) etc. You guys can start digging up more with these bits.

I don't have time, but somebody should also translate Asano Tadanobu's blog, too.

It's a dialogue with himself. He does that sometimes in his blogs. Funny stuff.
