Many of you out there have seen this film by now, we've been talking about it here for what seems like years. Some of you like it, some have issues with its chaotic sense of narrative. But there is no denying that Fox Searchlight can cut a damn, damn, damn-fine trailer for the film. We've posted the trailer before yes, but Apple.com now has it up in HD Quicktime, and man oh man it looks far superior to my Russian DVD of the film. It positvely sparkles. It looks like there is a limited release on February 17, 2006 and I'll be sure to give it a whirl to see what the 'short' version looks like with the now infamous animated subtitles. I'm having trouble waiting until The Day Watch hits DVD, so this will have to do.

Did Fox's trailer just say that it was the first of a trilogy? (I'm quite sure it did.) I thought the last two films were going to be merged. What's the skinny?
Good question on that Kaz, I seem to recall a number of changes when the North American Money began to flow towards these films.
