Being a sucker for both actor Tadanobu Asano and director Shini Aoyama I've been champing at the bit to see some footage from their latest film, Eli, Eli, Lema Sabachtani. The world is being devastated by a deadly virus and Asano's music may save us all ... Well, I got a pair of emails this morning letting me know that the trailer is online and it's looking good. Between this, Tokyo Zombie, Invisible Waves, Rampo Jigoku and Mongol it's going to be a very good year for Asano fans ...

Tadanobu Asano's ever-growing hair will take over the world! (Although it does look a bit shorter in the trailer for "Tagatameni.")
