The official website for Hiroshi Nishitani's Kenchô no hoshi is now online.
The screenplay for Kenchô no hoshi was written by Shinsuke Satô, based on the eponymous novel by Nozomi Katsura. The movie's principal cast is as follows: Yûji Oda, Kou Shibasaki (a.k.a. Kô Shibasaki), Kuranosuke Sasaki, Sôkô Wada, Mahiru Konno, Hisashi Igawa, Tôru Masuoka, Kaoru Okunuki, Bengal (Bengaru), Wakako Sakai, and Kôji Ishizaka.
Tôhô K.K. is scheduled to release Kenchô no hoshi theatrically in Japan on February 25th of next year.

So, any more information about what this movie is about? Unfortunately I can't read the Japanese site. I noticed you posted the news under the Drama category, but the screenshots make it seem like maybe a drama/comedy, maybe romance?

Kou is ultra-talented and wicked hot. I've got a massive poster of her on my ceiling. The ladies love it!
