Update: Trailer for Daisuke Hosaka's BE THE WORLD FOR HER (SEKAI WA KANOJO NO TAME NI ARU)

A downloadable trailer for Daisuke Hosaka's Be the World for Her (Sekai wa kanojo no tame ni aru) has been added to the official subsite for the movie.

As was previously reported here on Twitch, Be the World for Her was screened at the Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival 2005 (Yûbari Kokusai Fantasutikku Eigasai 2005) - "YIFFF" for short - back on February 25th. Bio-Tide K.K. (K.K. Baio-Taido) is scheduled to release it theatrically in Japan on December 24th.

The screenplay for Be the World for Her was written by Hosaka. According to this page and that one on the YIFFF website, the movie stars Hiroki Sakanoshita, Kaori Fuseya, Tarô Suwa (PDF file), Maiko Asano, Chinatsu Otabe (family name transliterated as "Odabe" on YIFFF's website), Kei Horie, and Kanji Tsuda.

Here's a synopsis for Be the World for Her from this page on the website of the Kyoto International Student Film & Video Festival 2005 (Kyôto Kokusai Gakusei Eigasai 2005): "A tragic SF love story, which captures two high school students who are in love with each other but torn apart by the merciless of fortune."
