The official website for Jun'ya Satô's Yamato (Otoko-tachi no Yamato) has been overhauled.

The screenplay for Yamato was written by (Jun'ya) Satô, based on Jun Henmi's non-fiction books Ketteiban otoko-tachi no Yamato (ue) and Ketteiban otoko-tachi no Yamato (shita). The movie was scored by Joe Hisaishi (Hisaishi Jô); the theme song for it, "Close Your Eyes", is by Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi.
