Bruce Lee to be honored with statue

Bruce-Lee.jpgIt has been little over 32 years since the death of one of, if not THE world's greateat martial arts movie stars Bruce Lee. It was announced this week that Hong Kong will mark the movie legend's 65th birthday in November with a bronze statue. The first of its kind to honor the star, it will be set up in Hong Kong's famous Avenue of Stars, one of the region's most famous tourist attractions.

Wong Yiu-keung, chairman of the Hong Kong fan club, said "We should continue to remember him because he had not only contributed to our movie industry, but also raised outsiders' awareness of Hong Kong in general,".

The fan club has chosen three designs of Lee in his classic poses, all featuring a bare-torsoed Lee, two including Lee's signature weapon the nunchaku, and fans are invited to vote for their favorite design on the Internet [which I have been unable to find - if anyone knows where we can vote that would be awesome].

I GOT 17 BRUCE LEE STATUES AND 3 FLAGS AND 3 SCROLLS AND I SOLID PICTURE OR BRUCE LEE AND ABOUT 70 PICTURES ON CD PLUS THE DVD AND MOVIES.PLUS 4 SMALL PLASTIC BRUCE LEE,PLUS I GOT CUPS MADE WITH HIM ON IT,PLUS A PICTURE OF THE CEMENT STAR FROM HOLLYWOOD WITH HIS NAME ON IT.IM JUST A BRUCE LEE FANNNNN FOR 24 YEARS.
I LOVE THE STANCE OF THE STATUE, IT LOOKS 100 PERSENT LIKE IN THE MOVIES WHEN HEs READY OR FIGHTING.
LIKE I SAID I GOT 17 STATUES AND NOT ONE LOOKS AS GREAT OF STANCE AS THE commemorative Bruce Lee statue.
ALL I CAN SAY, ID LOVE TO HAVE THAT STATUE TO SHOW OFF..........
