The trailer for the Johnny Cash bio-pic Walk the Line has just turned up online and it looks pretty stunning. If it holds up to the trailer we'll be hearing more about this one come Oscar time ...

Looks very good. I can't put my finger on it, but it seems to be missing something...perhaps the look is just a bit to 'clean' is some of the grit missing?

For me, the music video for Cash doing a cover of NIN's "HURT" conveys so much about Cash, but that is from the perspective of late in his career. This film has a slighly different point of view.

Yes, I'm looking forward to this...(apprehensively).

It seemed like the trailer moved a little too fast - wasn't enough time to absorb everything. Something seemed off about it to me too, but I can't place it.
