Update on Mark Duffield's GHOST OF MAE NAK

According to the site, the movie stars Pataratida Pacharawirapong as Nak, Siwat Chotchaicharin as Mak, Pornthip Papanai (a.k.a. Porntip Papanai) as the ghost of Mae Nak, Jaran Ngamdee as P'Mak, Marasri Issarangkul Na Ayutthay as Nak's grandmother, Kowit Watthanakul as Mak's father, Kanjanaporn Plodpai as Mak's mother, Meesak Nakkarat as Mr. Angel, Charay Mutpayoon as Tick, Sanit Pengprasop as Tock, Chalermpol Pattarapakul as Chai, Karnchanit Summakul as Noi, Pyroat Permcharat as the brooch vendor, Purida Wijitpan as Nak's mother, Thanadej Meeprasert as Kong, Thanapath Si-Ngamrath as Master Tring, Nirun Changklang as Tring's assistant, Kurkkiat Panpipat as Mr. Preecha, Amara Asawanond as the wedding special guest, Sarawut Thunyaluck as Dr. Grid, Sin Kaewpakpin as the old monk, Mali Polprasong as the novice monk, Natheeporn Chuerbandit as the market vendor, Pitt Imaurb as the old man, Nak Wongchuen as Mr. Grimm, Wattana Koomkrong as Mrs. Grimm, Prasert Thonglin as the exorcist monk, Rungtawee Panyang as the morgue attendant, and Somsak Sararit as the funeral monk.

Ghost of Mae Nak is scheduled to be released theatrically in Thailand by Box Office Entertainment Co. Ltd. on September 15th.

Yep. Apparently this is about the 20th time the story has been put to film.
