Clive Owen all set to Shoot-Em Up!

Clive Owen is on his way to becoming my favorite guy with a gun. Reports are everywhere [here. here. here.] that Clive Owen will start shooting the 'ultra-violent' actioner Shoot-Em Up in January.

The story begins with a woman having a baby during a shootout. The man who delivers the baby, called simply Mr. Smith, is entrusted with protecting it from an army of gunmen. That's all the storyline I need, baby.

BBCMovies reports that shocking set pieces include a shootout during a sex scene and another in the midst of a freefall.

Now will it be 'Hard-as-F##KING-nails' Clive Owen that we've seen in Sin City or will be the 'smooth suave there's no use running cause I'm still gonna kill you' Clive Owen that was hinted at in BMW Films and The Bourne Identity.
