M.A.I.D: Mission Impossible Almost Done. Spy Comedy From Thailand.

Hee hee ... I can't remember where I first heard about this one, but Jiangtou has been talking it up so I just went and tracked down the trailer for M.A.I.D. a new action / comedy out of Thailand and it's definitely worth a chuckle.

The Thai government needs a way to spy on the wealthy elite and so they create a corp of highly trained (?) covert ops disguised as maids. Because, you know, nobody ever pays attention to the hired help anyway. Hilarity ensues. It's a very similar premise to Weersethakul's Iron Pussy only with the added benefit of a budget and without the cross dressing. At least it's without any obvious cross dressing ... it is from the director of Iron Ladies, though, so some men in skirts is certainly a possibility.
