Ghost In The Shell : Stand Alone Complex. Final Volume (July 27th 2005) Limited Tin Artwork.

SACv7LE.jpegNot that I have a fetish for tins and packets etc., but it makes something that you're waiting for because of other reasons a bit more tangible.

The final volume for the First Season of Stand Alone Complex will be available in a Limited Edition as usual, but this time its a tin large enough to hold all seven volumes - great for hiding that mediocre americanised artwork we got lumbered with.

As reported before, the Second Season (or 'Second Gig') of Stand Alone Complex begins on R1 in late September 2005.

That Americanised artwork is the same on the Japanese releases, although there are twice as many so there are a couple of nice covers in there.

true, true. the covers seem the same. the spines, the text on the back and so on, the additions to the illustration are the americanised parts i dislike.
