Yôkai daisensô (AKA The Big Spook War) Website Online

(Posted In)

The website for Takashi Miike's big budget kids movie Yôkai daisensô has gone online here. It's limited to a flash intro so far, but you do get to see some new creature shots ...

Thanks to Chino for the link.

No, sensou: s-e-n-s-o-u. Not "sensu," which is a folding fan.

The 'o' in the first word is also a long vowel (chôboin) that's written in (romanized) hiragana as "ou".

Chiaki Kuriyama looks pretty foxy as one of the creatures. And is that Sho Aikawa as the kappa-looking dude, in a nod to the messed up children's play in DOA 2?
